Answers to frequently asked questions about our airport transfer services
You can easily make a reservation through the online booking section on our website. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose one-way or round-trip, select the date and time, then click "Continue." After choosing your vehicle, complete the payment and confirmation steps.
Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your voucher, reservation number, and full trip details. If you do not receive this email, please contact our support team via support@melontaxi.com
Advance booking requirements depend on the vehicle type: Premium vehicles & 10–19 seat minibuses: At least 8 hours in advance. Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan): At least 6 hours in advance. For urgent needs, you may request an emergency transfer.
If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. You can contact your driver directly using the phone number provided or reach our customer service at support@melontaxi.com. Don't forget to include your reservation number and updated arrival time.
Absolutely. As a family-friendly brand, safety is our priority. Child seats and booster seats are available upon request. Please make sure to specify your requirement during booking to ensure availability.
For airport transfers: Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit after passport control and baggage claim. For hotel transfers: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Your voucher includes detailed meeting instructions and the driver's contact number.
Yes, pets are welcome. To ensure a comfortable ride for both you and your pet, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.
To cancel your booking, please email support@melontaxi.com or contact our customer service team by phone. Be sure to include your reservation number. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on vehicle type and remaining time before pickup.

Most of our drivers speak Turkish and English. In touristic regions, some drivers may speak additional languages. If you require a driver who speaks a specific language, please mention it in the booking notes — we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
