Your transfer from Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ) to Jahorina ski resort follows the M18 road southeast, crossing the entity boundary into Republika Srpska before climbing the mountain road up to 1,600 m elevation, covering 35 km in approximately 45-55 minutes. Jahorina is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's premier ski destinations and a legendary venue from the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics, where it hosted the women's alpine skiing events. Today the resort offers over 40 km of ski runs served by modern chairlifts and gondolas, with slopes ranging from beginner-friendly Skočine to challenging Olympic runs on Poljice. The resort centre features numerous hotels including the flagship Termag Hotel, Vučko Hotel, and Šator, along with après-ski restaurants, bars, and mountain apartments. All Melontaxi vehicles running Jahorina transfers during ski season (December-March) are equipped with winter tyres and carry snow chains as required by Bosnian mountain road regulations.
