There's no prepayment and no card on file. You book throughout the month and receive a single consolidated invoice at month end covering every completed transfer. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer. We accept USD, EUR and TRY.

Every chauffeur is a contracted local partner, licensed for commercial passenger transport in their country and reviewed before joining the network. They work their own city, so they know the terminal layout, the meeting points and the traffic patterns — which is the difference between a guest being met and a guest waiting.
Registration takes a couple of minutes. Your price list is sent the same day you register, and a member of the team contacts you directly. Once you've approved the partnership agreement in your panel, you can start booking immediately.

Flight numbers are captured at booking and arrivals are monitored, so the pickup adjusts to the actual landing time. At airports your chauffeur waits 90 minutes from the actual landing time at no additional charge. For hotel, address and city pickups, 15 minutes of waiting time is included. Beyond those windows an hourly waiting charge applies at your contracted rate and is added to your monthly invoice.
